English Language Learners
ELL
Every student with a disability who is eligible for exceptional student education (ESE) services will have an IEP. An IEP is a written plan for the special education of a student with a disability.
Please contact Ms. Suprak for more information.

A Section 504 plan describes the accommodations that the school will provide to support the student’s education. While Section 504 does not require a written plan, it does require documentation of evaluations and accommodations.

An ELL student is anyone who doesn't learn English as their first and primary language. They often come from non-English-speaking backgrounds, and require modified instruction in both their academic courses and in the English language itself.
