Student has attended an
Okaloosa County School

  • If you do not have a Focus Parent Portal Account, set up one by using the link above.

  • Bring the following to the school:

    • Withdrawal Form from previous school with current classes and grades if possible. 

    • Current shot records 

    • Proof of residency.

      • One item must be a copy of Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement.

      • Other item can be a utility bill, bank statements, etc. and must show current address. 

      • If you live with someone, they must bring their proof of residency documentation.  This must be notarized.​​

Student has never attending an Okaloosa County School

  • Apply Online to the Focus Parent Portal

  • Bring the following to the school:

    •  Withdrawal Form from previous school with current classes and grades if possible. 

    • Birth Certificate

    • Current shot records (If coming from out of state, shot records must be transferred to a Florida certificate before student can start school) 

    • School physical less than one year old. 

    • Proof of residency.

      • One item must be a copy of Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement.

      • Other item can be a utility bill, bank statements, etc. and must show current address. 

      • If you live with someone, they must bring their proof of residency  documentation.  This must be notarized. ​

Important Information 

Bus transportation is only provided for students zoned for Pryor and living 2 miles or more away from the school.

​​Pryor is a NO PHONE ZONE.  Student cell phones must be turned off and stored in their backpack during school hours.

​​Pryor is a uniform school.  Pryor shirts and outwear must be worn Monday-Friday with school appropriate bottoms.
